Baby Ghosts to say Boo!

To those mothers and loved ones who are juggling their hours on taking care of their babies or toddlers this October, Halloween costume preparation would have been a daunting task for you. Well, of the everyday routines we need to finish and get done, the last thing we'd like to think about is probably spending hours creating and inventing kiddie costumes for the little tots. That probably can't wait in few days from now.

Let's sew and make it easy for our babies! Kids are so good when it comes to imagination. So why not we try baby ghost costumes to spice that Halloween night? After all, they are the "friendly" ghosts in town. Trick or treat!

It's October rush and looks like our calendar is fully booked.
So Team Home Cherish prepared some great ideas for you to check out.

If you have this elastic headband, you can make use of it as the straps to hold the dress. Then tie over the tulle until it forms like a skirt. Use felt to draw and cut the ghost face pattern. Use excess tulle to create a big bow for the hair fascinator.

'Tried using pillowcase for your baby's costume?
You can partner hers with your pillowcase dress/blouse for that "mini-me" look!
All you need is a ribbon tucked on the end fold of the pillowcase to get that ruffled neckline after cutting the sides. Sew the ghost face pattern or use a textile paint to draw over the fabric.

How about this quick do for a halter?
Just tie the tulle fabric to a knot over the garter or ribbon and line the ghost face with glitters to give that sweet sparkle to your dress.

It's your newborn baby's first Halloween and you don't want her to miss that Halloween night. You can make use of her onesie and paint over the ghost face. If you are bringing her along with you on your trick or treat night or party, the best onesie to choose is the softest and cottony one to make her comfortable. Pair that with a white tutu. Use white leggings that is not too tight to protect her from the outdoor cold breeze and socks with a black and white print (a black doll shoe pair of socks would be a winner) Of course nothing beats the cuteness of a lovely headband with a flower or bow accent.

Cut your white bedsheet or bath towel to fit to your tot's height and make holes for the eyes and mouth of the ghost face. It's as easy as 1,2,3 and say 'boo!'.
